Sales & Customer Service Executive (Part Time)

Salary

  • Salary: $6/hr

Job Scope

  • Sign-up new customers for our automated movie rental service
  • Demonstrate to customers how to use the movie dispensing system
  • Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving customer issues
  • Support promotions and marketing activities of CineNow

Soft Skills

  • Customer-oriented mentality, and motivated to provide best-in-class service
  • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Affinity to movies would be an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Affinity to using computer software as the job will involve using back office computer system. Willingness and motivation to learn how to operate our movie rental system is therefore key

Location and Working Hours

  • Candidate will be working at one of the CineNow outlets
  • Working hrs will be from 6pm - 9pm
  • Candidates must be able to work at least two weekdays and one weekend per week and commit for a period of at least 4 months

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English
