CineNow's X-Rental DVDs are previously rented/viewed discs in good condition. Some discs may have small surface scratches that do not affect playback. We inspect all our discs for good playability throughout. Many discs are almost new, having been viewed only a few times. However, different players with different sensitivity levels as well as different encoding updates may experience different playback. If you encounter any problem with disc playback, you can return the disc to us within 7 days for store credit. Note that cash refund cannot be issued.
